AI policy
How MOVbud uses AI, what it never does, and the rules for AI Studio.
AI helps your film, it doesn't replace it
MOVbud's AI plans, organises and fills gaps: it reads your script, describes your clips, suggests cuts and story structure, and in AI Studio makes storyboard frames, thumbnails, short fill shots and extensions.
Every Studio request is tied to a scene, shot or clip of your own project, and starts from your own look, people and places. There's no blank box for generating a whole film.
You see it before you spend
Before anything is made you see what it can and can't do, the most likely result, the exact request we'll send, which provider will make it, and the credit cost. You confirm, and failed jobs refund automatically.
Labelled, always
Anything AI Studio makes is saved in your Footage marked "AI-made". The label can't be removed in the app. If you publish AI-made shots, follow the disclosure rules of the platform you publish on.
Real people
Only use photos of people who've agreed to be in your film. Don't make content that puts real people in events that didn't happen, implies endorsements they didn't give, or shows them in sexual or degrading ways.
We don't make likenesses of public figures, and AI results are not proof of anything that happened.
Your data and training
We send AI providers only what a request needs, through their paid APIs. We don't use your footage or scripts to train models, and we choose providers whose API terms don't train on customer content by default.
Limits
AI makes mistakes: faces drift, hands go wrong, text is garbled, and descriptions can miss things. Check everything before you rely on it. We may block requests that break this policy or our Terms.
